Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received less than 24 hours from the date of the scheduled trip will be charged the full amount of the tour.
Private charters cancelled prior to 72 hours prior to departure will be refunded the full amount of the charter. There is no charge for rescheduling a tour provided that the day requested is available. Sea Esta Cabo reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to mechanical problems or poor weather.
No charge will be incurred by our guests should these circumstances arise, and Sea Esta Cabo will not be held liable for consequences of these events. In any event, we will do our best to accommodate you and get you out on the water! Likewise if you are on a cruise ship and you book your reservation online with the details of your cruise noted in the ‘additional information’ field during checkout, and your ship schedule changes preventing you from joining the tour on Sea Esta, your credit card deposit will be refunded.
